Location

Located south of scenic 30A in the heart of iconic Rosemary Beach, Sandy Souls is the perfect place to get in tune with the rhythms of the sea. Ideally situated, the cottage is a brief two minute stroll down the boardwalk to the beach and a short minute walk to the town square.

Our Story

Our family has been enjoying the relaxed vibe of 30A for the past 20 years. It began as a summer pilgrimage from wherever we lived at the time including Houston, Texas and Vienna, Austria. After visiting for almost 10 years we decided to buy our own slice of heaven and settled on the idyllic town of Rosemary Beach because of the beautiful beaches but more importantly the atmosphere of the town. In 2011, we purchased Sandy Souls and it has become our family retreat and gathering place.

Even after so many years, every time we exit highway 98, turn onto 30A and enter Rosemary Beach, we are welcomed by the canopy of live oaks that flank the road and warm you like your favorite blanket and we are overcome by a feeling of calm. We are home again.

About

Sandy Souls is thoughtfully furnished and decorated to evoke a relaxed yet upscale beach ambiance for our guests. Since the home is south of 30A, it is a very short stroll to the beach and only steps away from the many restaurants and shops in the center of town. We hope you fall in love with our beach home and Rosemary Beach, just like we did two decades ago!

The Main House
The gracious main house is configured and furnished to comfortably accommodate one or two families or a group of friends. On the ground floor of the main house is a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, a queen bed guest room, a bunk room with double bunks and a trundle bed and a guest bathroom. The second floor is a light and airy space with soaring 20' cypress wood ceilings and contains an open plan kitchen, living and dining space, and bathroom with laundry facilities. The designer kitchen is new with SubZero and Wolf appliances and a large island with seating for 5. The dining area has a large table which seats 8. There are two decks and an outdoor dining cabana on this level as well and 6 sets of French doors which flood the entire space with sunlight. The third floor loft provides an additional sleeping/hangout space with 2 daybeds, and a balcony with Gulf views, The main house sleeps 11.

The Carriage House

The completely private, detached carriage house is a tranquil retreat perfect for a couple or small family. It is a welcoming space with vaulted ceilings and 3 sets of French doors lining one wall of the living area, which flood the space with light. It contains a king bed, bathroom with shower, living area with queen sleeper sofa, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and private deck. The carriage house sleeps 2 - 4 comfortably.
